摘 要:目的:研究地骨皮提取液对3种高血糖模型小鼠的降糖作用,探讨其降血糖作用趋势。方法:SPF级小鼠分别以链脲佐菌素、四氧嘧啶、盐酸肾上腺素注射液复制3种不同类型的高血糖模型小鼠,分组后分别给予5,2.5 g·kg^(-1)两个剂量的地骨皮水煎液,阳性组以盐酸二甲双胍为对照(0.75 g·kg^(-1)),分别连续给药10d后,观察地骨皮提取液对3种高血糖模型的降糖作用。结果:阳性组和地骨皮水煎液干预组均可不同程度的改善小鼠3种高血糖模型,与模型空白组相比,阳性组降糖作用优于地骨皮3个剂量组,地骨皮水煎液降低3种高血糖模型小鼠的血糖水平,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);地骨皮水煎液对高血糖模型的改善呈现剂量依赖关系。结论:地骨皮水煎液对链脲佐菌素、四氧嘧啶、盐酸肾上腺素复制的3种高血糖模型均有不同程度的降血糖作用,其中对链脲佐菌素、四氧嘧啶模型小鼠的降糖强度优于盐酸肾上腺素注射液复制的小鼠高血糖模型。Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of Digupi water decoction on three kinds of high blood glucose models in mice and explore the hypoglycemic mechanism. Methods: Mice with SPF grade were respectively replicated,with streptozotocin, allox- an and epinephrine hydrochloride to establish three different kinds of high blood glucose models. After divided into various groups, the mice in Digupi group were treated with Digupi water decoction at the dose of 5 and 2.5 g·kg^-1, respectively, and those in the positive group were treated with metfomfin hydrechloride (0.75 g·kg^-1 ). The treatment course was 10 days. The hypoglycemic effect of Digupi water decoction was observed on the three kinds of high blood sugar models. Results: The positive group and Digupi water decoction groups could improve the three hyperglycemia models in mice in varying degrees. Compared with the blank model group, the positive group showed better hypoglycemic effect than Digupi water decoction groups. The hyperglycemic effect of Digupi water decoc- tion groups was different from one another (P 〈 0.05 ) in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Digupi water decoction can reduce blood sugar in high blood glucose models induced by streptozotocin, alloxan and epinephrine hydrochloride in mice in varying degrees, and the hyperglycemic effect in the models induced by streptozotocin and alloxan is better than that in the models induced by epineph- rine hydrochloride.
