糖尿病患者肾移植术后注射鱼精蛋白致过敏1例分析

摘　　要：目的:对1例糖尿病患者肾移植术后注射鱼精蛋白致过敏的病例进行用药分析。方法:分析导致患者发生过敏反应的原因,探讨预防及救治措施。结果:过敏是注射鱼精蛋白的常见不良反应,糖尿病史和用药史及肾移植是本例过敏事件的高危因素。结论:加强合并糖尿病肾移植患者的用药监护十分必要。Objective： To analyze one case of anaphylaxis induced by protamine injection in a diabetic patient after kidney trans-plantation. Methods： The reasons of anaphylaxis were analyzed, and the methods of prevention and treatment were explored. Results： Anaphylax was one of common adverse reactions of protamine injection, and diabetes history, medication history and kidney transplantation were the high risk factors for the anaphylaxis. Conclusion： It is very necessary to enhance pharmaceutical care for diabetic patients after kidney transplantation.
