摘 要:目的:考察不同塑料材质滴眼剂瓶对冰片阻隔性能的影响,并确定最佳包装形式。方法:采用加速试验和模拟临床使用试验法,用气相色谱法分别考察珍珠明目滴眼液在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚酯(PET)3种塑料外包装材料中存放不同时间后冰片的含量。结果:聚酯滴眼剂瓶对于冰片的阻隔性优于聚丙烯瓶,而低密度聚乙烯瓶的阻隔性能最差,采用套袋的形式也无法保证药品在使用期间的稳定性。结论:低密度聚乙烯滴眼剂瓶不适合含冰片滴眼液的包装。Objective: To explore the effects of different plastic bottles on borneol content in eye drops to optimize the packaging form. Methods: The retention samples were investigated in the accelerated test and simulated clinical use test. The content of borneol in Zhenzhumingmu eye drop respectively in the bottles made from low density polyethylene (LDPE), palypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) stored for different time periods was determined by GC. Results: The barrier function of PET for borneol was better than that of PP, and that of LDPE was the poorest, which could not ensure the drug stability during the clinical use even with the help of sack. Conclusion: LDPE eye drop bottles are not suitable for the eye drops containing borneol.
