澳门特区电子政务发展的回顾与展望

摘　　要：回归祖国以来,澳门特区政府高度重视电子政务的发展,在制度建设、内部行政管理电子化、公共服务电子化、政府与公众沟通电子化等方面均取得了一定的发展成果。然而,受制于政务建设的滞后,澳门特区电子政务没有形成部门间的信息互通,公共服务电子化的发展成效亦不尽理想。未来澳门特区电子政务需要进一步深化行政管理体制改革,完善跨部门合作机制,优化行政流程,实现部门间的信息共享,建立整体政府及一体化电子政务。Macao SAR government attaches much importance to e-government since return to China's Mainland. The government has some achievements in system building, electronic internal administration, electronic public service and electronic communication between government and public. However, because of the lag of administration reformation, there is no mutual information sharing among depart- ments in Macao SAR and the impact of electronic public service is not so remarkable. In the future, the government should further pro- mote administrative system reformation, strengthen multi-department cooperation, optimize administrative procedure, and realize the in- formation-sharing, thus to establish holistic government and integrated e-government.
