摘　　要：运用生态学的相关理论可以深化档案管理模式的研究以及拓展档案管理的研究方法。笔者针对当前档案生态学的研究成果进行梳理和述评,将生态系统的相关理论与档案管理相结合,运用系统构建方法,提出了档案生态系统的构成要素为档案生态主体、客体、环境三个方面,并详细论述了三者之间的相互关系,认为档案生态系统构成要素及其关系的研究对于拓宽档案管理模式具有重要意义。Using the related theories of ecology can deepen the research of the archives management mode and expand the research methods of the archives management.On the basis of the overview of the current research on this aspect,the authors combine the related theory of ecological system with archives management and put forward that the constituent elements of the archival ecosystem can be considered to be subject, object and environment by using the system construction method.And then the relationship be- tween the three elements is discussed in detail.Finally,we deem that the research of the constituent ele- ments of the archival ecosystem and the relationship of them is of great significance to widen the archives management mode.
