摘　　要：国家综合档案馆少数民族档案资源建设是保护与传承民族记忆的重要方式。论文以云南省国家综合档案馆少数民族档案资源建设发展为研究切入点,在梳理其发展脉络的基础上,揭示存在问题,总结建设特色与有益经验。论文认为,云南省档案局(馆)实施的政策法规保障、资源规范性建设、管理人才培养、政府资源合理利用,以及数字化资源建设等方针政策符合少数民族档案资源建设的发展规律,并具有启示与借鉴作用。Ethnic minority archival resources construction in National Comprehensive Archives is one of the most important way to protect and inherit national memories. The case of ethnic minority archival re- sources construction in Yunnan National Comprehensive Archives is analyzed, the development and the problems is revealed, the characteristics and experiences is drawn. It is believed in this paper, the guaran- tee of policies and regulations, the standardized resources construction, the management of personnel train- ing, the rational use of government resources, and the digital resources construction in the case study, with enlightenment and reference significance, accords with the laws of ethnic minority archival resources con-struction development.
