摘 要:西周末年的周太史史伯(另作"史墨")最早对"和""同"关系进行了初步探讨,提出"和实生物,同则不继"的主张,标志着"尚和去同"思想的滥觞。春秋末年齐国政治家晏婴对"和""同"关系作了进一步阐发。在史伯和晏婴思想的基础之上,中国儒家的创始人孔子又进一步提出了"和而不同"的思想主张。"尚和"的思想传统为社会主义协商民主在中国的生长与繁茂奠定了深厚的文化根基。反过来讲,协商民主在中国蓬勃发展,呈现出一派欣欣向荣的态势,亦在一个侧面映射出中华文化兼容并蓄的优秀品格。The historiographer Shi- Bo at the end of West Zhou Dynasty firstly discussed the relationship between"He"and"Tong". He put forward the idea of"harmony generates vitality, the same is not following",which made the sprout of thought for"Harmony in Diversity". The politician Yan-Ying of the late Spring and Autumn Period made further analysis on the relationship between"He"and"Tong". The founder of Confucianism Kong-Zi further put forward the thoughts of"harmony without uniformity"on the basis of thoughts of Shi-Bo and Yan-Ying. The thought tradition of"Shang He"has laid a solid cultural foundation for the growth and flourish of the socialist deliberative democracy in China. Conversely, deliberative democracy in China is booming and showing a thriving trend, which also in one aspect reflects the outstanding character of Chinese culture fully: inclusive and equitable.
