摘　　要：讲党性是马克思主义政党的鲜明特征。要推动党性建设科学化,首先要回答"党性是什么""为什么要进行党性建设""怎么样进行党性建设"三大基本问题。党性是共产党员的本质规定,也是对"党员应该怎样才合格"的理论概括。科学界定党性及其相关概念的内涵,分析党性在无产阶级政治运动及马克思主义政党建设中的功能,明确党性建设的基本思路,有利于推进实践中的党性教育和"两学一做"学习教育。The Marxist parties attach great importance to the party spirit construction. To promote scientific construction of the party spirit, we must first answer three basic problems：＂what the party spirit is＂＂why to carry out the party construction＂and＂how to carry out the party spirit construction＂. The scientific definition of the connatation, function and countermeasure of the party spirit is conducive to practice.
