摘 要:在微波辐照下 ,分别用过硫酸钾和偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯的无皂种子聚合 ,在种子用量较多的情况下 ,聚合主要位于粒子的表面 ,体系中没有新的粒子形成 ,制得粒子大小可控的、均分散的无皂高分子微球 ;而体系中种子较少时 ,种子粒径增加 ,同时有新的粒子产生 ,粒子分为大、小两种。这为研究微球形成机理提供了信息。The monodispersed emulsifier free PMMA polymer particles were prepared in the presence of seeds under microwave irradiation. 2,2 Azobis(2 methylpropionamidine)dihydrochloride and potassium persulfate were used as cationic and anionic free radical initiators, respectively. The results indicated that the average particle size decreased with increasing seeds' concentration at higher seeds' concentration; the process was conducted on the seeds; there were no new particles formed during polymerization and the finale particles were monodispersed. However, at lower seed concentration rang, the seed polymerization was carried out on the seed and in the solution there were new particles formed in aqueous phase; the particle size was not uniform.
