摘  要:通过混凝土单轴抗压试验,采用声发射和红外热像技术对混凝土受压破坏的过程进行检测研究。结果表明:在混凝土受压破坏的过程中,红外热像检测的温度变化曲线呈降升循环式波动,随着混凝土内部的裂缝产生、扩展及摩擦作用,红外热像检测温度出现较快的升降循环。同时,引起声发射信号的产生和快速增减,声发射信号和红外热像检测温度总体呈正相关性,而在混凝土破坏时,红外热像相对平均温度和声发射信号能量达到最大值,随后迅速降低(减弱)。通过对两种检测方法的结合,由内向外较好地展现了混凝土的破坏特征,同时也为混凝土受力分析提供了新的方法。Through the uniaxial compressive test of concrete, the compressive damage process of concrete is tested and sudied with the technologies of acoustic emission and infrared thermal imaging. The study results show that the temperature variation curve of the infrared thermal imaging detection presents a fall-rise cyclic fluctuation during the compressive damage of concrete, and then a more fast rise-fall cycle of the detecting temperature of the infrared thermal imaging occurs. Meanwhile, the acoustic emission sigal is generated and then quickly increases or decreases, moreover, the relative mean temperature of the infrared thermal imaging and the energy of the acoustic emission sigal reach to their maximum values and quicky lower (weaken) subse- quently, when concrete is damaged. Through the combination of both the detecting methods, the damage characteristics of the damage deformationof concrete is well interpretated from the inner to the outer, while a new method is provided for the stress anal- ysis on concrete as well.
