摘  要:为了对黑安格斯牛体内性控胚胎生产过程中的相关影响因素,如月龄、卵泡刺激素(FSH)剂量和精液质量进行研究,试验使用性控分离精液生产黑安格斯牛体内性控胚胎,选择90头13—25月龄黑安格斯牛为供体,分别使用260mg、340mgFSH对供体进行超数排卵(简称超排)处理,同时选择3头公牛性控分离精液进行人工授精。结果表明:260mg、340mgFSH对不同月龄供体超排获得的平均胚胎数、平均可用胚胎数、平均不可用胚胎数、供体卵巢平均黄体数差异均不显著(P〉0.05);使用3头不同公牛性控精液进行人工授精后获得的平均胚胎数分别为10.44枚、10.89枚、9.30枚,且差异不显著(P〉0.05);使用61和62性控分离精液获得的平均可用胚胎数分别为2.78枚、4.11枚,显著高于63性控分离精液获得的平均可用胚胎数(0枚)(P〈0.05);使用61和62性控分离精液获得的平均不可用胚胎数分别为7.66枚、6.78枚,显著低于63性控分离精液获得的平均不可用胚胎数(9.30枚)(P〈0.05)。因此,使用低剂量FSH对较早月龄黑安格斯牛进行超排,同时选择受精力高的性控分离精液能够进行体内性控胚胎生产。To study the related influencing factors in theproduction process of sex-controlled embryo in vivo in black Angus cattle,such as the month of age,dosage of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and semen quality,sex-controlled isolated semen was used to produce sex-controlled embryo in vivo in black Angus cattle in the test. Ninety black Angus cattle between 13 to 25 months of age were selected as donors,and then were superovulated with 260 mg and 340 mg FSH,respectively. Meanwhile,sex-controlled isolated semen from three bulls were selected for artificial insemination. The results showed that there were no significant differences(P > 0. 05) in the average number of embryos,average number of available embryos,average number of unavailable embryos and average number of corpora lutea in the donor ovaries among the donors superovulated with 260 and 340 mg FSH at different months of age. Theaverage numbers of embryos obtained by artificial insemination after using sex-controlled isolated semen from three bulls were 10. 44,10. 89 and 9. 30,but the difference was not significant(P > 0. 05),respectively; the average numbers of available embryos obtained using ♂1 and ♂2 sex-controlled isolated semen were 2. 78 and 4. 11,which were significantly higher(P < 0. 05) than that obtained(0) using ♂3 sex-controlled isolated semen,respectively; the average numbers of unavailable embryos obtained using ♂1 and ♂2 sex-controlled isolated semen were 7. 66 and 6. 78,which were significantly lower(P < 0. 05) than that obtained(9. 30) using ♂3 sex-controlled isolated semen. Thus,using low dose of FSH to superovulate black Angus cattle in the earlier months of age could conduct theproduction of sex-controlled embryo in vivo while selecting the sex-controlled isolated semen with high fertility.
