益母散对临产母猪分娩能力的影响

摘　　要：为了探究益母散对临产母猪分娩能力的影响,试验将80头临产长白母猪随机分为对照组和益母散低、中、高剂量组,采用ELISA方法检测分娩前血清中催产素(OT)和前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)含量,统计产程、死胎率、平均窝产仔猪数。结果表明:与对照组相比,益母散中、高剂量组的产程均极显著缩短(P<0.01),死胎率显著降低(P<0.05),健仔率显著提高(P<0.05),平均窝产仔数、木乃伊率、弱仔数三组与对照相比均不显著(P>0.05);益母散中、高剂量组OT、PGE2含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。说明益母散对临产母猪分娩能力有显著促进作用。To explore the effect of Yimusan on the delivery capacity of parturient sows, 80 parturient Landrace sows were randomly divided into the control group and the low - , medium - and high - dose Yimusan groups. An ELISA method was used to detect the contents of serum oxytoein （OT） and prestaglandin E2 （PGE2 ） before delivery, and the stage of labor, stillbirth rate, and the average litter size were also counted. The results showed that compared with the control group, the stages of labor in the medium - and high - dose Yimusan groups were extremely significantly shortened （P 〈 O. 01 ）, and the stillbirth rate was significantly reduced （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the rate of healthy piglets was significant- ｜y increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were no significant differences（ P 〉 0.05 ） in the average litter size, mummy rate and weak litter size in the three doses of Yimusan groups compared with the control group. The contents of OT and PGE2 in the medium - and high - dose Yimusan groups were significantly increased （ P 〈 O. 05 ） compared with the control group, respectively. The results indicate that Yimusan has a significant role in promoting the delivery capacity of parturient sows.
