摘 要:为了积累槟榔江水牛血清生化指标基础数据,规范槟榔江水牛的饲养管理,试验对槟榔江水牛血清中铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)三种微量元素含量进行测定,并与摩拉水牛和荷斯坦奶牛血清中同类指标进行比较分析。结果表明:三种牛血清中Fe、Cu含量差异不显著(P>0.05);槟榔江水牛血清中Zn含量显著低于摩拉水牛(P<0.05),与荷斯坦奶牛相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。To accumulate the basic data of serum biochemical indexes in Binlangjiang buffalos and standardize feeding management of Bin-langjiang buffalos, the contents of three trace elements iron ( Fe), copper (Cu) andzinc (Zn) in serum of Binlangjiang buffalos were determined in the test. The results were compared and analyzed with the analogous indexes in serum of Murrah buffalos and Holstein cows. The results showed that there were no significant differences (P 〉 0.05 )in the contents of Fe and Cu in three kinds of bovine sera; the content of Zn in serum of Binglangjiang buffalos was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that of Murrah buffalos, and there was no significant difference( P〉0. 05 ) compared with Holstein cows.
