摘 要:根据磨机内介质的运动规律,建立了衬板所受冲击力与介质运动速度的计算模型,采用该计算模型定量计算出磨机在不同转速率下衬板的受力,并通过Excel数据处理,得出衬板所受冲击力的变化趋势。使用Solid Works建立了磨机筒体和衬板的三维模型,并通过理论推导计算出仿真所需的各个参数,运用EDEM和ANSYS Workbench的耦合,建立了磨机衬板的仿真计算模型,并进行应力应变分析,可以清楚地观察到衬板及某个点的应力情况,可对后续衬板的结构改造提供参考。According to the motion laws of the media inside the mill, the calculation model of the impact force acting on the liner and the motion speed of the media was established. The force acting on the liner at various rotating speed ratio of the mill was calculated by using the calculation model, and the variation tendency of the impact force was concluded after processing Excel data. In addition, SolidWorks was applied to establish 3D model of the mill shell and the liner, and each required parameter was obtained via theoretical calculation. Moreover, EDEM and ANSYS Workbench were coupled to build the simulation model of the liner, and then the stress and the strain were analyzed. Thus the stress on the liner and each point was clearly observed, the observation offered reference for subsequent structural transformation of the liner.
