摘  要:攀钢选钛厂二级斜板浓密机溢流矿石细度为-0.037 mm粒级,产率占90%以上,以目前强磁选+浮选的工艺流程不能达到工业分选回收指标要求。经过大量试验研究发现,采用悬振选矿机+浮选的新工艺回收细粒级钛铁矿效果较好,先采用悬振选矿机对微细粒级钛铁矿粗选,可以获得品位22.91%、回收率38.21%的钛粗精矿,再采用浮选提高精矿质量,最终可获得品位47.1%、回收率26.07%的钛精矿。The overflow from the secondary inclined-plane thickener in Titanium Beneficiation Plant of Panzhihua Steel Group whose fineness was -0.037 mm accounted for over 90%, so current beneficiation)process involving high-intensity magnetic separation and then flotation failed to reach the recovery indexes of industrial separation. Lots of test research showed the new process involving suspension vibration concentrator and then flotation possessed excellent effects in recovering fine ilmenite. First the suspension vibration concentrator was applied to carry out roughing of fine ilmenite to obtain the rough titanium concentrate with grade of 22.91% and recovery of 38.21%, and then the flotation was conducted to improve the concentrate quality, so as to obtain the titanium concentrate with grade of 47.1% and recovery of 26.07%.
