电视手语新闻主持语速调查及对手语主持培养的思考

摘　　要：文章通过问卷调查法,就聋人受众对电视手语新闻主持语速的认同度、满意度进行了探讨,结果显示:受众普遍认为,语速是决定电视手语新闻主持质量高低的重要因素,对当前电视手语新闻主持的语速普遍持不满意态度;我国电视手语新闻主持语速的分布范围是每分钟75个手势到每分钟114个手势,且不同层级电视台呈现出不同的分布规律。文章最后综合考虑了手语的工具性和文化性两大特点,认为电视手语新闻主持的语速规范应分层次、分阶段逐步展开;对手语主持人的培养、培训应制定符合手语主持自身规律的语速标准。This study, based on questionnaires, aims to explore hearing-impaired persons＇ acceptance of and satisfaction with the speed of sign language anchoring on TV. The results reveal the following： According to the heating-impaired persons, the speed of sign language anchoring on TV was an important factor determining the quality of the said speed, and they were not satisfied with the speed; an analysis of the corpus for sign language anchoring on TV revealed that sign language anchoring on TV showed 75 - 114 signs per minute, and had its unique laws of distribution at TV stations of various levels. In conclusion, based on the instrumental and cultural nature of sign language, the author offered a proposal for sign language＇ s standard speed from micro and macro perspectives.
