摘　　要：山东半岛和辽东半岛是全国海洋科技和涉海产业发展较好的区域,但由于地理位置的制约,使得两个半岛在许多方面交流不便,进而影响两个地区优势互补的带动作用。本文通过对两大半岛的海洋资源、涉海产业和科技实力的比较,阐明跨海通道建设的必要性,并从船舶制造业、港口业、旅游业、滨海城市发展和科技人才的角度论证了跨海通道建成后的促进作用。The economic situation in Shandong Peninsula and Liaodong Peninsula is in good shape. However, due to geographic restriction, exchanges between the two regions are inconvenient, thereby resource sharing and advantage compensation are affected. This article clarifies the necessity of the cross-sea channel construction between the two peninsulas by analyzing marine resources, marine industry and marine science and technology , then it argues the promoter action of the cross-sea channel in shipbuilding industry, port industry, tourism, coastal city development and scientific and technological talents build-up.
