摘　　要：系统归纳了穴位埋线疗法的不良反应,主要包括发热、感染、硬结、淤青、红肿、麻胀、疼痛、化脓、溃疡等,并针对各种不良反应提出相应的处理方法。认为不良反应的产生主要与医师操作不当、患者的个人体质及埋线材料的选择有关,故临床医师应严格按照临床规范操作,注重穴位埋线疗法的禁忌证与慎用证,一旦发生不良反应,需采取积极的对症治疗。In this paper the adverse reactions of acupoint embedding and its treatment are summarized, including fever, infection, callosity, blood stasis, red swelling, numb swelling, pain, fester, ulcer, etc. It is considered that adverse reactions are induced by the inappropriate operation, special constitution and embedding material. Thus we need to pay attention to standard manipulation, the eontraindication, and cautious usage. Symptomatic treatment needs to be implemented timely once adverse reactions occur.
