摘 要:应用激光诱导荧光技术研究了不同进气门相位和缸内直喷的喷油时刻对压缩末期燃油分布的影响,同时结合热力学单缸机试验分析了其对燃烧的影响.结果表明,压缩过程中推迟燃油喷射时刻在压缩末期形成愈加明显的燃油分层,燃油分布的循环变动明显增大,使燃烧着火时刻提前,燃烧持续期增加,燃烧循环变动增加.进气门相位的调整改变了缸内流动和喷雾的环境条件,推迟进气门相位可以降低压缩末期燃油分布的不均匀度.提前进气门相位使有效压缩比和燃油分布不均匀度增大,从而使燃烧时刻提前,燃烧持续期略有增加.Laser induced fluorescence technology was applied to the research on the influences of intake valve phase timing and injection timing on fuel distribution at the end of compression stroke,and their influences on the combus-tion were analyzed based on the thermal single cylinder engine.The resultshows that the delay of injection timing in the compression stroke would result in more obvious fuel stratification and greater cycle variation of fuel distribution,which would lead to earlier combustion timing,longer combustion duration and greater cycle variation of combustion.The adjustment of intake valve phase has changed the in-cylinder flow and environmentof fuel spray.Later intake valve phase could decrease the inhomogeneity of fuel distribution.Earlier intake valve phase would result in earlier combustion timing and a little longer combustion duration because of the higher effective com-pression ratio and larger inhomogeneity of fuel distribution.
