摘  要:污泥经芬顿试剂和CaO调理后,其气化灰中残留含铁、含钙物质,使之成为潜在吸附剂.针对污泥灰渣的资源化利用,探究了调理污泥气化灰对SO_2的吸附特性,并量化芬顿试剂和CaO前处理对污泥气化灰吸附特性的影响.特制流化床吸附实验结果表明,600,℃实验温度下,每克复合调理污泥气化灰与CaO调理污泥气化灰对SO_2的硫负载量分别为43.52,mg和49.65,mg.CaO能显著提高污泥气化灰的吸附性能,芬顿试剂对气化灰吸附特性具有一定的促进作用,但由于添加比例少,含铁物质的催化作用相对较弱.XRD图谱表明,高温下以Ca CO3、Ca(OH)2等形式存在的含钙物质,可以有效捕集SO_2并形成CaSO_4.Sewage sludge gasification ash could be a potential sorbent for it contains residual Fe- and Ca-compounds after Fenton’s reagent and CaO conditioning.Aiming at the recycling utilization of sewage sludge ash,the SO2 ad-sorption characteristics of conditioned sewage sludge gasification ash was evaluated,and the impacts of Fenton’s reagent and CaO pretreatment were analyzed quantatively.The tests in a lab-scale fluidized bed reactor show that at 600,℃ the sulfur loading amount of composite conditioned sewage sludge gasification ash and CaO conditioned one is 43.52 mg and 49.65 mg,respectively.It has been discovered that CaO can significantly improve ash desulphuriza-tion ability,while Fenton’s reagent has a slight positive effect on account of low adding quantity.XRD patterns dem-onstrate that the Ca-inorganic content,existing as CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2,can adsorb SO2effectively to form CaSO4,especially at high operating temperature.
