摘 要:研究一种新型铁氧体单相永磁辅助式磁阻同步电动机。这种电机与钕铁硼永磁单相同步电动机效率接近,但制造成本低,具有较高的性价比。文章首先对同一规格的单相异步电动机、钕铁硼永磁单相同步电动机和铁氧体单相永磁辅助式磁阻同步电动机三种单相电机进行了建模及仿真比较,然后分析了铁氧体单相永磁辅助式磁阻同步电动机的稳态性能,最后给出了22 W铁氧体单相永磁辅助式磁阻同步电动机样机的部分实验结果及其分析。A novel-type ferrite single-phase permanent-magnet assisted reluctance synchronous motor was mainly studied in the paper. Compared with the Nd Fe B single-phase synchronous motor,this machine has lower manufacturing cost and higher performance with almost the same efficiency. Firstly,the simulation models of the single-phase induction motor,Nd Fe B single-phase synchronous motor and ferrite single-phase synchronous motor were built with the same specification and performances above motors are compared; Secondly,some steady-state performances of single-phase ferrite permanentmagnet assisted reluctance synchronous motor were analyzed by the simulation; Lastly,some experimental results and analysis were presented about the prototype of 22 W ferrite single-phase permanent-magnet assisted reluctance synchronous motor.
