摘 要:传统永磁同步电机驱动负载时,往往需要通过大量的减速装置来进行传动,为了解决这一问题,出现了一种新型磁场调制式永磁电机,它打破了传统齿轮啮合,实现内部非接触式传动。阐述了其结构及工作原理,并在此基础上对电机磁路结构做了进一步的改进,提高了永磁体的利用率,同时利用有限元软件对其进行电磁分析,且采用场路耦合的方法,实现联合驱动仿真。计算结果表明改进后的新型磁场调制式永磁电机具有优良的电磁特性及可控性。The mechanical gearboxes was widely used for transmission in the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system. In order to solve this problem,a novel flux- modulated- motor( FMM) which realizes the non-contact transmission instead of the tradition gear engagement was studied in previous research. The basic structure and operating principle of the motor were described in this paper,and then its magnetic circuit structure was improved which resulted in the improvement of the permanent magnets utilization. The electromagnetic performances of the motor were analyzed by using the finite elememt,and the compound drive was achieved by using the field- circuit coupled method. The results show that the novel flux- modulated motor has excellent electromagnetic performances and controllability.
