摘 要:为满足电液比例阀的大功率驱动和响应速度快的要求,研究了提高动圈式双向电机械转换器输出力的方法,对其结构尺寸进行了优化设计,利用有限元方法对其静态特性进行了仿真计算.研制出了大推力动圈式电机械转换器样机,对该样机进行了试验研究。理论分析和试验研究表明,所设计的动圈式双向电机械转换器能够满足电液比例阀的大功率驱动需求。In order to meet the requirements of high power drive and high response of electro- hydraulic proportional valve,the methods for improving output power of the moving- coil bidirectional electro- mechanical transformer was studied,the optimization design of its structure size was carried out,and the simulation analysis of its static characteristics was calculated by using the finite element method. The prototype of the large thrust moving- coil electro- mechanical transformer was developed,and experimental study of the prototype was carried out. Theoretical analysis and experimental study show that,the designed moving coil type bidirectional electro- mechanical transformer can meet the demand drive electro-hydraulic proportional valve of high power.
