摘  要:永磁同步电动机的低损耗高效率是其获得广泛应用的优势之一,精确分析永磁同步电动机的各项损耗是电机相关性能设计及优化的重要条件。从工程应用角度出发,依据电机的常规测试,根据电流和功率损耗与电压关系的双V形曲线,研究适合工程应用的铁耗、机械损耗和杂散损耗的分离方法。样机验证各项损耗的分离值与实测值相比,误差在5%以内,表明该损耗分离方法的正确性和实用性,能够满足工程实际的应用需求。The low loss and high efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor is one of the advantages be widely used. It is important to analyze the every type of losses of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the design and optimization of the motor performance. From the point of view of engineering application,according to the conventional motor test and double V shape curve of current and loss power on voltage,the methods of separating iron loss,mechanical loss and extra loss applied in engineering were studied. Compared with the measured value,the calculation of the value of loss separation is less than 5%. It shows that the method is correct and applicable,and can meet the requirement of engineering application.
