摘 要:以三相12/8极结构电励磁双凸极电机(Doubly Salient Electro-magnetic Motor,DSEM)为研究对象,首先分析该电机的电磁特性以及齿槽转矩对转矩脉动的影响;其次分析其电动工作运行原理,在三相六状态控制策略的研究基础上,提出电励磁双凸极电机的三相九状态控制策略,提高平均输出转矩的同时也有效抑制齿槽转矩带来的转矩脉动。以一台18 k W三相12/8 DSEM为例进行有限元仿真和实验验证,结果表明,与六状态控制策略相比,九状态控制策略能够有效减小电机转矩脉动,同时提高输出转矩。A 12 /8- pole doubly salient electro- magnetic motor( DSEM) was studied in this paper. The electromagnetic property and the effect of cogging torque on torque ripple is analyzed in detail. Its working principle was analyzed after that,and three- phase nine- states control strategy was proposed based on the research on the three- phase six- states( TPSS) control strategy,which can enhance the output torque as well as reduce the torque ripple. A 18 k W three- phase12 /8 pole DSEM was used for finite element simulations and experiments. It is verified that compared with six- states control strategy,the nine- states control strategy can make the torque ripple suppressed significantly and the output torque enhanced.
