互联网时代体育产业人才的培养

摘　　要：随着体育产品生产智能化和科技化、产品营销网络化和个性化、赛事运营平台化和系统化,场馆利用智能化和信息化,健身服务协同化和个体化,服务型、创新型、实践型、国际化、信息化的体育产业人才成为产业创新发展的支撑。因此,高校教育要以职业道德良好、知识结构合理、综合素质较高、创新能力较强的复合型人才作为培养目标,树立以生为本、创新创业的教育理念,构建开放办学、多元协同的管理体制,建立形式多样、协调发展的实践平台,提供软硬兼备、条件充足的资源保障,设置学科交融、全面合理的课程体系。With sports product production intelligentized and technicalized, product marketing networked and person-alized, game operating platform-based and systemized, as well as venue utilization intelligentized and informationized, fitness service coordinated and individualized, service type, innovation type, practice type, internationalized and infor-mationized sports industrial talents become the support for industrial innovation and development. Therefore, university education should set its cultivation objectives to complex type talents with good professional ethics, rational knowledge structures, high comprehensive qualities and strong innovation abilities, establish such education conceptions as student oriented education and starting an innovative business, build a management system featured open education manage-ment and multi-aspect coordination, establish form diversified and development coordinated practice platforms, pro-vide the guarantee of hardware and software concurrently furnished and conditions sufficient resources, and set up a discipline integrated, comprehensive, rational curriculum system.
