摘 要:为探究营区装备车辆疏散安全设计及其优化方案,引入GIS网络数据模块,以车辆行驶时间作为计算成本,分析营区道路系统的可达性、出入口的疏散能力和疏散权重,并采用数值模拟和公式计算的方式,推演出入口和疏散路径的最优化选择,完成疏散安全方案。研究表明:营区路网可达性大的地方,疏散路径也较为集中,应加强疏散管理;出入口的通行效能与装备车辆的可达性有关,疏散权重和数量在设计中应合理均匀地分配;疏散过程应按照由快到慢、由近及远的顺序展开,不同路径之间应避免交叉。疏散总时间受库单元最后疏散车辆行驶时间、车辆总数和出发时间间隔的影响。Order to explore the evacuation security design and its optimized solution for equipped vehicles in the camp, GISnetwork data module and the calculation cost of travel time are introduced to analyze accessibility of road systems in the camp, evac-uation capability of entrances and exits and evacuation arrangement weighting. At the same time, using the way of numerical simula-tion and formula computing, deducing the optimized selection of entrances and exits and evacuation route, evacuation security planis completed. The study results show that the places that have high accessibility in the camp need centralized evacuation routes andstrengthened evacuation management. Traffic efficiency of entrances and exits is related to the accessibility of equipped vehicles. Itis important to distribute evacuation arrangement weighting and quantities reasonably and evenly in the process of design. The evac-uation process should be carried out in accordance with the fast to the slow, the near to the distant, and crosses between differentpaths should be avoided. Total evacuation time is influenced by travel time of last evacuation vehicle in library unit, the total num-ber of vehicles and time interval of start off.
