我国心理资本研究热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：心理资本是心理学和组织行为学积极转向后提出的新构念,近年来已经成为人力资源管理研究的热点话题。论文以CNKI数据库的2004~2015年的1068篇有效文献为样本,采用文献计量学方法及可视化技术,绘制出国内心理资本研究热点的知识图谱。结果表明,我国心理资本研究热点主题有三：心理资本基础理论研究;心理资本对工作态度、绩效和行为的影响研究;大学生心理资本研究。心理资本研究的多学科融合视角、本土化实践、个体和团体干预实验研究,将成为研究趋向。Psychological capital, as a new construct concept with development of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior, has become a hot research topic in human resource management in recent years. The authors use 1068 valid samples from 2004 to 2015 in CNKI database to map out the research focus of domestic psychological capital knowledge mapping using bibliometric methods and visualization techniques. The results showed that the hot topics of psychological capital research are threefold： the foundation of theoretical analysis of psychological capital; impact of psychological capital on attitude, job performance and organizational behavior; research on college students＇ psychological capital. Psychological capital of multi- disciplinary integration perspective, localization, individual and community interventions research, will become research trends.
