摘　　要：山东作为全国最重要的开放前沿具备深度参与"一带一路"战略的良好基础和实力。本文通过对山东企业"走出去"战略主要模式、涉及领域和地区分布等的分析,为山东深度参与"一带一路"战略提供了重要的参考,并从战略布局、主要任务、创新合作机制等方面提出了山东加快融入"一带一路"战略的相关建议对策。Shandong as the most important open position has good basics and ability with deeply involving in the strategy of ＂One Belt One Road＂ . Through the analysis on the main mode,correlative fields and regional distributions of enterprises＇ ＂going out＂ strategy in Shandong ,this paper provides an important reference for Shandong participation in the strategy of ＂One Belt One Road＂ .And it put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on Shandong involving in this strategy from the perspectives of the strategic layout, the main tasks, innovation cooperation mechanisms and other aspects.
