郎维框架下妇女在农村发展中的作用研究——以蒲韩联合社为例

摘　　要：面对农业女性化的大趋势,将农村女性积极调动起来参与农村建设,对于农村社会稳定和建设社会主义新农村具有重要意义。通过对山西永济蒲韩联合社的实地调研,并在郎维(妇女赋权)框架下分析农村妇女是如何通过蒲韩联合社这一平台被赋权并带动农村的发展。蒲韩联合社历经十几年的摸索与发展,已经探索出了一种适合农村妇女发挥作用的模式,它的出现为农村妇女发挥自身优势来发展农村提供了一个良好的平台。妇女带动了联合社的发展,同时也促进自身发展,又通过联合社的平台促进了蒲韩乡村社区的发展,这是一个良性循环互动的过程。With the trend of agricultural feminization,it is of great significance to the stability of the rural area and the construction of new countryside that arousing the enthusiasm of the rural women to participate in the rural construction.Through the study of the Puhan Cooperative of Shanxi Yongji,and analyzing how the rural women are given the power to lead the development of the rural area through the platform of the Puhan cooperative by using the LangWei＇s（women＇s empowerment）framework.After years of exploration and development,Puhan cooperative has explored a kind of model for rural women to play a role.It provides a good platform for the rural women to play their own advantages to develop the rural area.The rural women promote the development of Puhan cooperative,as well as improve themselves.Moreover the rural women promote the development of the rural area through the platform of the Puhan cooperative,which is a circular and interactive process.
