摘 要:针对当前供应模式存在的保障环节多、供应周期长、需求响应慢、器材资源缺乏协调的问题,构建了一种基于联合保障的装备器材供应模式。在需求牵引、动态供应、联合保障思想的指导下,以战略控管中心的指挥控制决策为核心,以区域配送中心、基层资源点的2级供应结构为基础,构建了供应模式的整体结构,并从信息化建设、器材采购、器材运输3个方面提出了构建新模式的主要措施。最后,通过仿真实验将所构建的供应模式与传统的供应模式进行了对比分析,结果表明,基于联合保障的供应模式能有效提高保障效率。To solve out the problems in current support mode like too many support links,long supply term,slow response to demand and poor coordination in the allocation of equipment materiel,the paper introduces an equipment supply mode based on joint support.Guided by the instruction of "driven by demand",dynamic supply and joint support,taking the decision making of the command and control by strategic control and management center,and based on two-level supply structure including regional distribution center and resource points at basic units,the paper provides an overall structure of supply mode featuring information-based building,equipment procurement and equipment transportation.Through the simulation experiment,the paper conducts contrast analysis on the new supply mode from the traditional supply mode.The results show that supply mode based on joint support can effectively improve the efficiency.
