摘　　要：文章以电能资源大范围优化配置为主线,对国内外该领域电能优化配置管理方法进行了研究,通过相关业务分析,对该领域实际业务工作开展情况进行了总结提炼,对我国跨省跨区电能优化配置起到很好的启示作用。In this paper, the method of optimizing the allocation of power in a large range is investigated. Firstly, in the field of energy optimization configuration management methods home and abroad were studied, then relevant business analysis is given out. At last the actual business work case is summarized and the conclusions play a very good inspiration on the cross-country inter-provincial power optimization.
