摘  要:针对当前数据采集系统要求精度高的问题,设计了一种基于AD7175-2和STM32F103型单片机构成的高精度数据采集系统。该设计分为硬件部分和软件部分,硬件部分由AD7175-2模数转换芯片和相应的外围硬件电路构成,软件部分采用SPI三线通信方式,STM32F103型单片机作为主控芯片进行控制。通过对直流电压信号进行数据采集并分析,由实验结果证明,该数据采集系统在采样速率低于200 SPS时,对电压信号有效转换精度高达22 bit。In view of situation that current datacollection systems need high-precision performance, this paper designed a high precision datacollection systems, based on AD7175-2 and STM32F103 single chip microcomputer. The system is divided into hardware module and software module. The former is constructed by AD7175-2 analog-digital conversion chip and its corresponding peripheral hardware circuit, the latter adopts the three-wire communication mode, considering STM32F103 as the main control chip. Through the data collecting and analysis of DC voltage signals, the results of experiment show that the sampling rate of the system in is less than 200SPS, and the effective conversion of the voltage signal accuracy is up to 22bit.
