摘  要:针对我国应急通信服务主要依靠国外卫星通信系统的重大隐患,提出了基于FFT和ESPRIT融合的单星测频定位技术。通过FFT和ESPRIT算法详细论述了频移估计过程,分析了2种算法各自的优缺点,提出了基于FFT和ESPRIT融合的新的频移估计算法。用蒙特卡罗方法模拟仿真了在不同信噪比下各算法的测频精度,比较了各个算法的性能,并对频移的误差进行了分析。基于应急通信与导航定位的需求,提出了单星测频定位体制,用提出的融合算法所测得的多普勒频移实现单星测频定位,对定位结果进行了仿真,结果表明,提出的融合算法有助于提高单星测频定位的精度,能满足应急条件下的导航定位需求。To address the issue that the emergency communication services in China mainly rely on overseas satellite communication system,this paper presents the single-satellite frequency measurement positioning technology based on the fusion algorithm of FFT and ESPRIT. The frequency shift estimation process is discussed in detail through FFT and ESPRIT algorithms,then the advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are analyzed,and a new algorithm based on FFT and ESPRIT fusion is proposed. The precision of frequency measurement is simulated by Monte-Carlo method under different SNRs,the performances of the algorithms are compared,and the errors of Doppler frequency shift are analyzed. Based on the demands of emergency communication,positioning and navigation,the paper proposes a single-satellite positioning system,and uses the Doppler frequency shift measured by the fusion algorithm proposed to achieve the single-satellite frequency measurement positioning. Finally,the simulated results show that the proposed algorithm helps to improve the precision of single-satellite frequency measurement positioning,which meets the needs of navigation and positioning under emergency conditions.
