摘  要:采用虚功率原理诊断汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障时,空载电动势关于励磁电流的拟合函数E0=f(I_f)的精度对诊断起到关键性作用。以发电机现场运行数据为基础,对比了单一函数拟合和按有功分组拟合的计算误差,得到有功相同情况下E_0与I_f的近似线性化关系,并通过研究一次函数的斜率和截距与发电机有功功率之间的关系,提出了拟合函数的新构建方法,即对拟合函数的斜率和截距进行二次拟合得到空载电动势关于有功功率和励磁电流的二元函数,改善了空载电动势计算精度,有助于提高汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障诊断的灵敏性和可靠性。When turbine generator inter-turn short circuit of rotor windings is diagnosed by using virtual power principle,the accuracy of no-load EMF fitting function on the excitation current E_0= f(I_f) plays a key role. In this paper,on the basis of generator operating data from the site,the calculation errors of single function fitting and grouped fitting by active power are compared,the authors found the linear relationships between E_0 and Ifunder the circumstances of same active power and studied the relations between slope and intercept of linear function with the active power of generator,thus a new construction method for the fitting function is proposed,which improves the calculation accuracy for no-load EMF,and it is helpful to improve the sensitivity and reliability of rotor winding inter-turn short circuit fault diagnosis of turbine generator.
