摘 要:在线计算汽轮机安全运行区对供热机组参与电网"调峰调频"至关重要。传统热力性质工况图以供热抽汽流量、汽轮机低压缸排汽流量确定汽轮机工作点,但现场缺少这两个信号的测点或测量不准确。分析机组发电功率、主蒸汽流量、供热抽汽压力、供热抽汽流量、汽轮机低压缸排汽流量之间的约束关系,建立发电功率、主蒸汽流量、供热抽汽压力对供热抽汽流量、汽轮机低压缸排汽流量的多元拟合模型,并结合均匀设计确定决定机组安全运行区的典型工况点。误差分析表明,该方法拟合精度接近热平衡方法。Online calculation of the safe operation zone of turbine plays a significant role in the participation of heat supply units in the frequency control and peak load regulation in power grid. Working points of turbine is usually determined by heat extraction steam flow and low-pressure cylinder exhaust steam flow in traditional working conditions diagram of thermodynamic properties; however,either there is no measuring point of those steam flow or the measuring results are inaccurate. By analyzing the constrained relationship of generated power of the units,main steam flow,heat extraction steam pressure and flow and low-pressure cylinder exhaust steam flow,multiple fitting model of generated power,main steam flow and heat extraction steam pressure to heat extraction steam flow and low-pressure cylinder exhaust steam flow is established. Typical operating points which determine the safe operation zone of the units are found by combining the uniform design. Error analysis shows that fitting accuracy of this method is similar to heat balance method.
