摘　　要：铁路客运管理信息系统是为适应日益增长的客运业务压力和信息化的客运管理需求而设计开发的一个信息管理平台。从全路旅客运输管理的角度出发,针对旅客运输服务与管理工作的特点,结合铁路客运信息化的现状,提出铁路客运管理信息系统的设计方案,并详细阐述了系统的总体架构、主要功能、关键技术及创新点。系统的应用极大地提高了客运服务质量和生产管理的效率,为整个客运信息化乃至铁路信息化系统提供了高效的信息共享手段。The Railway Passenger Transport Management Information System is an information management platform designed and developed to meet the demands of increasing passenger traffic pressure and passenger transport informatization. In view of the characteristics of passenger transport service and management, this paper comes up with a design scheme of Railway Passenger Transport Management Information System combining with the present situation of railway passenger transport informatization, and elaborates the overall structure and main functions of the system as well as its key technologies and innovations. The application of the system greatly improves the passenger service quality and the efficiency of production management. Besides, it provides efficient information sharing means for the entire passenger informationization and railway information system.
