摘　　要：为促进成都铁路局客运路网完善发展,满足西南地区日益增加的客运需求,在分析成都铁路局"十二五"期间客运路网取得成就及铁路建设规划的基础上,按照省市路网、城市群间路网和区域城际铁路3个层次对成都铁路网布局进行分析,提出加快西通道铁路建设、扩能改造成昆铁路和内六铁路、合理规划攀西城市群和川西地区路网规划、加快区域城际铁路建设的成都铁路局路网发展的建议。In order to promote the development of the passenger railway network of Chengdu Railway Administration and meet the increasing passenger demand in the southwest of China, this paper summarizes four external passenger channels based on the analysis of the achievement of Chengdu Railway Administration during the ＂The 12th Five-Year Plan＂. This paper proposes Chengdu Railway Administration can be divided into three levels, including provincial railway network layout, railway network layout among urban agglomeration and regional inter-city railway, and it is suggested that Chengdu Railway Administration should speed up the construction of the west channell achieve Chengdu-Kunming Railway and Neijiang-Liupanshui railway capacity expansion, rationally project the network construction of the Panzhihua-Xichang urban agglomerations and Western Sichuan, and speed up regional inter-city railway construction.
