摘  要:分别采用0,20,40,60,80,100 Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ射线辐射洋紫荆(Bauhinia variegata)种子,观察测定其种子发芽率和幼苗生长指标,研究辐照对洋紫荆种子的诱变效应。结果表明,在0~100Gy辐射剂量内,随着辐照剂量的增加,洋紫荆种子发芽率出现先下降再上升的趋势,由51.66%(20 Gy)降至42.66%(60 Gy),又升高至54.33%(100 Gy)。一定剂量的辐照能促进胚根的生长,其中20 Gy的辐射下平均胚根长度为3.28 cm,显著大于对照组(2.49 cm)(P<0.05)。40~60 Gy辐射剂量使种子发芽率和幼苗成活率降低。各辐照处理对幼苗苗高、地径生长具有明显抑制作用,幼苗生长6个月后,各辐照组苗高、地径均显著小于对照组(P<0.05),同时对叶片分裂角度也具有一定的抑制作用但幼苗未出现致畸形态。Different doses(0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 Gy) of ^(60)Co-γ ray irradiation were applied to the dry Bauhinia variegata seeds and the effects on seed germination and seedling growth were investigated to explore the mutagenic effects of radiation. The results showed that with the increase of radiation the seed germination rate decreased first and rise again, decreasing from 51.66%(20 Gy) to 42.66%(60 Gy) and rising to 54.33%(100 Gy) after 6 months. Irradiation can promote the growth of the radical, the radical increased from 2.49 cm in the control group to 3.28 cm. Seed germination rate and seedling survival rate were reduced in the irradiation treatment of 40~60 Gy. The inhibition effect on seedling height and its ground diameter growth were found by radiation after seedling grew for six months. Also, the inhibition effect were found on the angle of leaf. However, no obvious deformity in the seedling morphology was found.
