摘　　要："一带一路"背景下,中国农业和农产品贸易的发展面临新的机遇和挑战。研究以区域为主体,将近5年WTO相关通报作为指标,对"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的农产品技术性贸易措施实施情况进行了分析,认为加强农产品技术性贸易措施建设和合作有着现实的必要性,建议依托现有双多边机制,确定发展的优先序;依据农产品生产贸易特点,确立发展重点;确定共性问题,加强交流,提高技术性贸易措施透明度。The'One Belt One Road'Initiative will bring about opportunities and challenges to the development of Chinese agro-products trade.The present research discussed the status of technical measures(TBT/SPS)to agro-products trade in countries along the'Belt and Road'and showed that it's necessary to enhance development and cooperation of technical measures(TBT/SPS)to agro-products trade.And the potential development directions also were presented at the end.
