摘 要:Homer蛋白是一种支架蛋白,包括Homer1、Homer2和Homer3 3种受体蛋白及其剪接体。Homer蛋白参与调节一系列Ca^(2+)调控蛋白,包括代谢性谷氨酸受体、三磷酸肌醇受体、瞬时受体电位通道、兰尼碱受体、基质相互作用分子1及Orial。Homer蛋白调控细胞内多种钙通道的开关。Ca^(2+)作为细胞内主要信使,参与多种细胞和组织生理活动,包括细胞吞噬、凋亡及基因调节,而细胞内Ca^(2+)稳态的维持需多种钙通道参与,阐明Homer对细胞内钙通道调控的作用有一定意义。本文就Homer蛋白在钙通道调控中作用的研究进展作一综述。Homer, known as a scaffold protein, includes Homerl, Homer2 and Homer3 subtypes and several splice variants. Homer proteins are involved in the regulation of a series of Ca^2+ regulatory proteins, including metabotropic glutamate receptors, inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate receptor, transient receptor potential channels, ryanodine receptor, stromal interaction molecule 1 and orial. Studies have shown that Homer regulates a variety of Ca^2+ channels in the cell. Ca^2+ , as an important cellular messenger, is involved in many physical activities of ceils and tissues, such as exocytosis, apoptosis and gene regulation, therefore to clarify the role of Homer proteins in the maintenance of Ca^2+ -homeostasis is of great importance. This paper reviews the research progress of the regulation of Homer proteins in Ca^2+ channel.
