摘　　要：煤炭商务纠纷在煤炭销售环节中的重要性日益突显,因此,需要预防及妥善解决。本文介绍了煤炭商务纠纷的形成背景,对煤炭商务纠纷类型进行了分析,提出选择合适的煤炭计量方法,及时更新车皮重量,考虑煤质变化的影响及采制具有代表性的煤样等措施,以解决商务纠纷,为指导煤炭销售工作,实现买卖双方合作共赢提供了有效途径。The coal business related disputes in coal sales is becoming more and more frequent, which should be dealt with properly. The paper introduces the formation background of coal business disputes, analyzes the causes of coal business disputes, and puts forward the solutions such as selecting suitable the coal metering method, timely up- dating the wagon weight, taking into account the possible impact of coal quality fluctuation and collecting right the coal samples, provides a good reference for win-win cooperation between buyers and sellers
