不同水压在超声引导下灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下不同水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的临床疗效。方法将我科收治的148例肠套叠患儿按照随机数字表法分对照组和观察组各74例,对照组在X射线引导下行空气灌肠治疗,观察组采用超声引导下不同水压灌肠治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组复位成功率(97.30%)显著高于对照组(78.38%),复位平均用时、并发症发生率、复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下不同水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠具有较高的复位成功率,且具有复位用时较短、并发症少、复发率低的优点。Objective To evaluate the effects of different water pressure under ultrasound-guided enema in the treatment of children with intussusception.Methods One hundred and forty-eight children with intussusception were randomly divided into control and observation groups,74 in each group.The control group used air enema treatment under X-ray-guide while the observation group used different water pressure under ultrasound-guided enema treatment.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Re-sults The reset success rate in the observation group was 97.30%that was significantly higher than 78.38%in the control group （ P〈0.05）.The reset average time,the incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion Ultrasound-guided different water pressure enema for intussusception has high success reset rate.It also has some advantages like shorter reset time,fewer complications,and lower recurrence rate when compared to air enema treatment.
