复方倍他米松联合玻璃酸钠和臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方倍他米松联合玻璃酸钠和臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为A、B、C组各30例。A组采用玻璃酸钠和复方倍他米松治疗,B组在A组基础上加用臭氧;C组采用单纯关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较三组治疗后的VAS评分、关节功能改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果 A、B组在疼痛缓解和功能改善等方面均优于C组,B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松联合玻璃酸钠和臭氧治疗膝骨性关节炎具有更好的临床疗效,并且并发症少。Objective To investigate the curative effects of compound betamethasone combined with sodium hyaluronate and ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A,B and C,30 in each group.Patients in the group A were treated with sodium hyaluronate and compound betamethasone.The group B was added with ozone based on group A.The group C adopted simple intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.VAS and joint function improving conditions and complication occurrence condition in the three groups after treatments were compared.Results The total effi-ciencies in pain relief in the three groups were 93.0%,97.0%and 80.0%,respectively.The efficiency in pain relief and function im-provement in the group A and B were better than that in the group C and the group B was better than the group A （ P〈0.05） .Conclu-sion Compound betamethasone combined with sodium hyaluronate and ozone has a better curative effect with fewer complications in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
