斑秃中药治疗的疗效观察及机理探讨

摘　　要：目的：观察人参北芪片联合复方人参间二苯酚搽剂治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法86例斑秃患者按随机数字表分为治疗组37例、对照组37例与空白组12例。治疗组采用口服人参北芪片4～6片／次，每日3次，同时外搽复方人参间二苯酚搽剂，每日5次；对照组采用黄芪口服液20 ml，每日3次口服，同时外搽复方人参间二苯酚搽剂，每日5次。空白组不做任何处理。通过连续观察治疗后4、8、12周新生毛发情况（数量、分布、直径、色泽等）及轻拉发试验来判定疗效。三组均未发现明显的不良反应。结果治疗4、8、12周时，治疗组总有效率分别为10.37％、48.65％、81.08％，对照组分别为5.71％、43.24％、58.95％，空白组分别为0.00％、8.33％、33.33％。三组患者在观察终点临床症状均有明显改善，治疗组疗效高于对照组和空白组（ P ＜0.05）。结论人参北芪片联合复方人参间二苯酚搽剂治疗斑秃的临床疗效确切且起效快副作用小。Objective To observe the clinical effect of renshenbeiqi tables combined with compound ginseng/resorcinol lini-ment （QianglishengFaling） in the treatment of alopecia areata （AA）.Methods Eighty-six patients with AA were randomly divided into treatment group （n =37）,control group （n =37） and blank control group （n =12）.The treatment group was orally adminis-tered with Renshenbeiqi tables,4~6 tables per time and 3 times per day.At the same time,the patients in this group received liniments of QianglishengFaling,5 times per day.The control group was administered with 20 ml of Huangqi oral liquor,3 times per day and lini-ments of QianglishengFaling,5 times per day.The blank control group did not receive special treatment.The quantity,distribution,diam-eter and color of new hair and the hair pull test were used to evaluate the clinical effect at 4,8 and 12 week of the treatments.No obvi-ous adverse reaction was found in the all three groups.Results The total effective rate at the 4 th,8 thand 12 thweek of the treatment was 10.37%,48.65%and 81.08%in the treated group while 5.71%,43.24%and 58.95%as well as 0.00%,8.33%and 33.33%were observed in the control group and in the blank control group,respectively.The clinical symptoms of the three groups were obvious-ly improved but the effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in another two groups （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Renshenbeiqi tables combined with QianglishengFaling have a favorable effect with quicker initiation and less side-effect in the treat-ment of AA.
