氨酚麻美干混悬剂联合蓝芩口服液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨酚麻美干混悬剂联合蓝芩口服液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选择2015年12月至2016年4月四川省人民医院儿科急诊诊断为上呼吸道感染的患儿共240例,按照随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组各120例,两组均给予蓝芩口服液口服治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予氨酚麻美干混悬剂口服,对照组给予氨酚伪麻那敏分散片口服。观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),发热与咳嗽症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨酚麻美干混悬剂联合蓝芩口服液口服治疗能有效减轻患儿上呼吸道感染症状,且不良反应发生率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acetaminophen dry suspension combined with Lan Qin Kou Fu Ye in the treatment of children＇s upper respiratory infection （ URI） .Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted in 240 children without gender selection.These children aged from 2 to 10 years old and diagnosed as URI in pediatric emergency in our hospital from December 2015 to April 2016.All the children were randomly assigned into control or treatment group,120 in each group.All the chil-dren were given oral administration of Lan Qin Kou Fu Ye.Children in the treatment group were administrated with acetaminophen dry suspension while those in the control group were treated with dispersible pseudoephedrine hydrochloride compound tablets.Symptoms of URI and adverse drug reactions were observed.Results Effective percentage in the treatment group was 96.67%that was higher than that in the control group （92.5%） （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reaction between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The use of acetaminophen dry suspension combined with Lan Qin Kou Fu Ye can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children with URI with low incidence of adverse drug reaction.
