摘　　要：城市生态绿地系统是城市生态环境建设的核心内容,决定了绿地的生态效益与综合功能是否充分、有效地发挥。在城市生态环境工程建设中,进行城市生态绿地系统构建研究对改善城市生态环境质量、实现城市的可持续发展起着重要的作用。文章介绍了城市生态绿地系统的概念,阐述了济南城市生态绿地系统构建的意义与目的,并通过对济南城市生态绿地系统的建设现状分析,依据城市生态绿地系统的构建理论,按照由内而外,由近及远的生活环境及构建理念,提出了居室、社区、中心城区、市郊、郊县五大生态功能圈,并对各生态功能圈进行绿化工程构建,形成济南市生态绿地系统的新模式。The urban ecological green system is the core of urban ecological environment construction, determines whether the ecological benefits of urban green space with integrated functions can be fully and effectively played. In the construction of urban ecological environment, urban ecological green system construction research plays an important role in improving the quality of urban ecological environment and achieving sustainable development of the city . The paper introduces the concept of urban ecological green system, and expounds the meaning and purpose of Jinan urban ecological green system, and the meaning of urban ecological green system construction. On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of Jinan urban green space system, the paper analyzes the construction situation and problems of urban ecological green system. Based on the construction theory of urban ecological green system, following the from the inside out, from near and far idea, it presents the five ecological function circleof bedroom, community, the city center, suburb, suburban and builds its greening projects in Jinan City, and then forms a new model in Jinan ecological green system construction.
