摘  要:基础的不均匀沉降将会影响建筑物结构的安全性,对基础进行加固纠偏是保证上部建筑结构安全使用的重要途径。文章针对某建筑物独立基础和墙下条形基础发生不均匀沉降,导致建筑物发生倾斜的现象,通过对场地地层和建筑物结构进行分析,阐述了基础四周深厚填土堆载导致基底压力增大是引起建筑物沉降的主要原因,基于变形控制的原则和场地条件的限制,提出利用顶升纠偏及微型桩托换加固的方法对该建筑物结构进行加固纠偏,纠偏后该工程的倾斜率达到了规范要求。Foundation uneven settlement will affect the safety of the building structure, and reinforcement and rectification of foundation is an important way to ensure the safe use of the upper part of the building structure. Considering the phenomenon of building tilt by strip foundation under the wall of a building independent basis and differential settlement, through the analysis of the formation of the site and the building structure, the paper elaborates the main cause of building settlement is that the base pressure is increased due to the thick soil around the foundation. Based on the principles and limits deformation control site conditions, it puts forward the method of the building structure reinforcement correction by Tilt rate correction after the project making use of jacking correction and micropiling underpinning. was significantly reduced, in line with regulatory requirements, indicating that the design is safe and feasible.
