摘　　要：在聚焦无线网精准投放和网络效能最大化的背景下,网规、网建、网优全流程一体化闭环支撑工作应运而生。创新性地提出网优前移,营造健康的网络生长环境,缔造基于网络真实需求的无线网规划,体现网络优化对一体化支撑的引领性,同时强调网优后移,对规划建设的站点,搭建后评估体系,实施名单制效果画像,对不合格的站点,进行整治与再挖潜,实现完整闭环,体现网络优化对一体化支撑的保障。In the background of the focus on wireless network precision deliver and network efficiency maximization,the closed-loop support work emerges,which integrates network planning,construction and optimization.It puts forward the network optimization before plan,to create a healthy network development environment and create a wireless network planning based on the real needs of the network,reflecting the leading of network optimization for integrated support.While emphasizing the network optimization after construction,checking the effects of planning sites and construction post-evaluation system.Improving the unqualified sites to realize complete closed-loop,to reflect the guarantee of network optimization for integration of support.
