不同灌肠法用于不完全性肠梗阻病人清洁肠道的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不完全性肠梗阻的新型灌肠方法的疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的不完全性肠梗阻病人进行随机分组，实验组（n＝51）用无菌石蜡油60ml保留灌肠3小时后，再用开塞露40ml加入生理盐水500～1000ml配合旋转体位清洁灌肠；对照1组（n＝43）用开塞露40ml加入生理盐水500～1000ml配合旋转体位清洁灌肠；对照2组（n＝46）用开塞露40ml加入生理盐水500～1000ml配合传统左侧卧位清洁灌肠。观察三组的肠道清洁度及灌肠效果。结果实验组、对照1组和对照2组灌肠清洁率分别为88.24%、72.09%和41.30%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；灌肠有效的人数分别为47、30和17人，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论实验组灌肠效果优于对照1组和对照2组。Objective To investigate the curative effect of new clyster methods for incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods Patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were divided into three groups. Experimental group （51 cases） underwent clyster with 500-1000 ml normal saline containing 40 ml glycerine enema in rotation position after retention enema with 60 ml paraffin oil for 3 hours, control group 1 （43 cases） underwent clyster with 500-1000 ml normal saline containing 40 ml glycerine enema in rotation position, control group 2 （46 cases） underwent clyster with 500-1000 ml normal saline containing 40 ml glycerine enema in left lateral position. Observed intestinal cleanliness, enema effect in three groups. Results The intestinal cleanliness in experimental group, control group 1, control group 2 were 88.24%, 72.09%, 41.30%, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. The number of effective enema in experimental group, control group 1, control group 2 were 47, 30, 17 cases, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The enema effect in experimental group is better than that in control group 1, control group 2.
